Love this stuff. Great citrus flavor without being overly salty. Nice balance of Electrolytes. Highly recommend.

We love Dr. Berg, and it was just recently that we started to follow his nemesis, Dr. Ekberg. When we saw his profile, drive for better hydration in seniors, and his healthy lifestyle we decided to try his electrolytes and compare them to Dr. Berg's. My husband does a fair job of hydrating himself as he still works, but my being retired and 70...I find myself not enjoying plain water despite having our own water well at 750' because it's 'boring'. I like flavor! We did the test between the two experts, and there was no question that Ekberg's version not only fully dissolved, but it tasted ever so much better! It was actually quite delicious! Though this one does cost more, the benefit of palatability and no leftover grit is hands down worth it! I'm a picky drinker, and a health fanatic as well, so if it doesn't taste good or have the right texture, I'm not going to consume it. Additionally, we don't touch sugar or standard sweeteners beyond Stevia. So this version was clearly a big winner in our comparisons, and we will continue to purchase more in the future. Good job Dr. Ekberg!!!

If a premade electrolyte mix is what you’re looking for you can do much better. Fair price, great ingredients, pleasant flavor without off putting after tastes. Comes in unflavored too.

Love the ingredients in this product but it is way too sweet. If they took some of the sweetness away it would be perfect.

Great electrolyte drink. No calories, great tasting, mixes fairly well and all the minerals and electrolytes you need with no fake or nasty crap most companies put in stuff. Can mix with just stirring, but can settle if you don't drink right away, blender bottles work great to mix it very well. Will usually drink before I go out in the heat like playing volleyball or going for a paddle, also before strenuous acitivity like snowboarding or hiking, it really does help prevent cramps very well. Will drink after a lot of exertion as well if I feel dehydrated or start to get that foot wanting to cramp feeling. Also great for a hangover, or if you think you might have one the next day,I'll drink a glass of this before bed, helps immensely. Don't think I will be buying any other electrolyte drink ever again. But do wish they had on the go packets would a nice addition.

I’ve been watching Dr. Sten Ekberg’s YouTube videos for years so I was reluctant to try this product because I was afraid he had turned into yet another influencer shill selling a bad product. But after doing my own deep dive into electrolyte supplements and how our bodies absorb them (or don’t), I arrived at the conclusion that Ekberg is right as usual, making this literally the only electrolyte supplement on the market that’s worth buying. And I’ve tried them all! It also happens to be one of the less expensive ones per serving, which is always a plus. I mixed one scoop with sixteen ounces of water and it tastes great, like the way Gatorade probably used to taste before they pumped it full of sugar and other garbage. I was in ketosis and a deep fasted state before drinking it and this one glass lifted me out of my brain fog and gave me energy, almost like a cup of coffee would. All those little pesky symptoms that make the keto diet and fasting lifestyle harder to sustain went away. I couldn’t be happier with it and I’ll definitely be buying it again!

This was suggested to me by my physical therapist. I need to enjoy it longer before I give my honest opinion. So far, so good!

Taste really good and no sucralose. It's healthier for my diabetes.
