These wrist ice pack wraps work very well for relieving soreness and inflammation. The gel packs get cold quickly and stay cold long enough to provide effective relief without feeling too harsh against the skin. The wrap design makes it easy to secure around the wrist, and the fit is comfortable without being overly tight. It stays in place during use, which is helpful if you need to move around while wearing it. Having two packs is convenient so one can stay in the freezer while the other is in use. A Comfortable, Practical, and Easy to Use Wrist Therapy Wrap I’ve been using this Comfytemp wrist wrap as part of my home routine for managing mild wrist discomfort and occasional swelling, and it’s become one of those “keep it handy” items. The two-gel-pack setup is genuinely practical—while one is in use, the other can stay in the freezer or be ready for heating, so I’m never waiting around to switch. The wrap itself is soft yet supportive, and it fits snugly without cutting off circulation. I can adjust it easily with the Velcro straps so it stays in place even while I’m moving around the house. For cold therapy, the packs come out of the freezer pliable enough to contour well to my wrist and hand, providing a solid chill without feeling like a block of ice. For heat, a short time in the microwave gives me soothing warmth that helps relax the joint and surrounding muscles. The optional thumb opening helps position the wrap so it covers exactly where I need relief. A couple of small notes: the cold lasts about 20–25 minutes before it starts to warm up, so if I want a longer session, I swap in the second pack. Also, if the Velcro edge brushes bare skin, it can feel a little rough—easy enough to avoid by adjusting the strap or wearing over a thin layer. Bottom line: This wrist wrap is comfortable, versatile, and quick to use whether you need cold for swelling or heat for stiffness. It’s a simple, well-thought-out tool to keep at home for everyday wrist care especially for us Keyboard warriors who are at it daily.

They work as intended and are well-made. They do not wrap as tightly when frozen as they do in the picture, they have to soften up a bit and become flexible to not be like wrapping blocks around your wrist, if that makes sense. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the microfiber outer shell is only on one side. The vinyl side can get painfully cold, so I've had to find a way to wrap them and stick the velcro inside the wrap, making it hard to wrap it tightly. I love the concept of having the thumb hole. I just wish I could appropriately wrap them backwards and have a way to velcro it. Size-wise they seem as though they will fit many wrist sizes and they were affordable.

Overall, I really like this product and it has helped me with my tendinitis in my wrist. I use it twice a day and I feel much less pain after a full day of work. The thumb part and the Velcro edge is very helpful. If I needed to, I would buy this product again. This product gets VERY cold, I actually burned my skin a little bit. Make sure to use with caution or protection. Also, the band is a little shorter than I thought.

The Comfytemp Wrist Ice Pack Wrap is an excellent product. It is simple to use, comfortable, and cools quickly. I recommend this product if you have a sprained wrist or Carpal Tunnel pain.

Allows you to “ice” your hand without a barrier cloth between. You can determine how much compression you use by the way you wrap it. You can apply it yourself. No need to ask someone else to apply it. You can cover the whole hand at once and you are free to walk about. Dont have to sit and nurse the icepak. When it thaws and warms up you can still use the compression benefit. Highly recommend.

The idea of these are great, and they do stay soft when frozen which is great for a hand wrap, but the soft fuzzy side is on the wrong side-it’s just plastic on the part that goes against your skin which makes it so uncomfortable. Too cold. The soft fuzzy side would’ve been just right, but you can’t flip it and have it work because the Velcro is on the wrong side.

This works well for my inflamed carpal tunnel symptoms. I've tried several different things but this one helped relieved the pain instantly. I've only tried the cold version but it wraps nicely around the wrist and forearm and secures nicely with the velcro band. Stays cold and you can still have the flexibility you need while applied.
