Where has this thing been all my life? - I have no idea what kind of trickery is used to make this work, but trust me when I say “IT WORKS” it takes approx 20-30 mins of wearing it for it to heat up, but once it does, it’s simply amazing. It gets very warm and the heat builds the longer you wear it. I actually had to take it off because it got too hot at one point. The magic bit is I can still feel the warmth and relief from it for hours after taking it off - I don’t know how?!?!? But it keeps working for hours even when not wearing it. I’ve had a life time of issues with an unrepairable crooked spine and severe back pain and this is the best non prescription drug pain relief I’ve ever found. I wear it at work, I wear it at home, I wear it shopping, just for a short time (approx about an hour at a time) when my pain builds and then take it off and it continues to provide relief. It’s SO GOOD that I now take half the amount of prescription painkillers I was taking before I found this. Worth every penny - in fact I am going to be buying a few of them, just to make sure I have replacements as I never want to be without this little miracle again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

this is good for helping your back but smaller than size required

This is a really good belt and warms up quite alot in the back where I placed it. I am size 12 and it fit me fine.good price sturdy worth the money

Very disappointed that I got no heat from this product, it’s okay as a support but sizing quite small, I’m a size 14 and it only just about fits.

Not suitable for Ankylosing spondylitis or any condition where the lower spine is fused or damaged. I bought this purely because the reviews were very good and I liked the idea of a self heating back support. Firstly, my belt creates hardly any heat at all which was a disappointment and secondly the design of the belt creates a lot of restriction when it comes to movement which is not ideal. Holding the lower back in one position forces the spine into an unnatural position which worsens pain. Thankfully the belt was cheap and didn’t cause me as much financial pain as it did back pain.

Fantastic price and heats up quickly. The heat is comfortable too. I used it for when I had a kidney stone recently and it was very effective. I also suffer from long standing back pain and it helps reduce it. It is of good quality and works out a lot cheaper than using those stick on heat pads.

I have severe back pain from bulging discs and this is fantastic the heat from it is great. Value for money and very effective

Forget the actual sizes printed, I'm a 48 inch waist and the xl was the size for me as it states its for 44-51. Rubbish, after a bit of pushing and pulling this support is around 12inch too short, the printed size neads to be amended. Waste of money

Buena faja para el día a día si tienes un problemilla lumbar porque además de reforzar la zona da calor a lo largo del día. Tiene una zona que si la humedeces algo da calor aunque únicamente con el roce de la piel ya se genera algo de calor.

Impeccable, achetée suite à un lumbago, la ceinture chauffe énormément, un peu trop au niveau de l'abdomen, difficile de la conserver 3h comme indiqué, même après l'avoir retiré, la chaleur continue à se faire ressentir pendant plusieurs minutes
