Will this work on a gasser Class A?

Once installed is the rail sturdy for use? Sometimes my mom camps with us and leans a bit heavily on the rail.

Oh yes, very sturdy. We use the short mounting plate for the upper part of rail and it helps a ton. Fiancé got back surgery when we purchased and has been a miracle

Thanks for the question! We don't list a specific weight rating for this handrail because it will vary depending on which angle the rail is being pushed or pulled on. However, it was tested against the standard handrails installed on RVs and it was stronger from every angle.
