I enjoyed assembling this kit. Very good instructions and would recommend it. I've been model making since a teen (50+ years) .

Good little kit. But it's about time Airfix started adding canopy masks or at least templates in their kits, especially for models with birdcage canopies such as this.

Although a 2011 tooling this 2023 release is still with one minor exception flash-free and without any sink marks or short shots. Instructions are clear and unambiguous. The aircraft can be constructed with undercarriage down or in flight, you will need to provide a stand if that is your choice. As a Series 1 kit there is only one marking scheme, predominately hemp in colour. At the price consider buying a few of these and using them to develop modelling skills, one of Airfix's best releases.

Nice kit

This is a nice model from Airfix and goes together well - lots of detail - Id recommend it but not for outright beginners. I had to send the first one back as the box was inside just a paper bag and the model was squashed ... The second came and again was squashed but this time the parts weren't broken. This sadly is becoming the norm for Amazon.

Great value and quality. I chose an inaccurate colour scheme which I was beginning to regret but ultimately enjoyed.

Ich hatte grosse Probleme beim zusammenbauen des Flugzeugs. Der Motor war so fest mit dem Baugerüst verbunden, dass ich improvisieren musste. Schade
