Berzerk - Enhanced Edition (Atari 2600 Plus) (Exclusive to Amazon.co.uk)

Arrived sealed, works perfectly for the Atari 2600+ (with updated firmware) challenging and fun to play for hours while you try get through every room which are in a randomised order so it keeps it fresh for longer. Retro games are reborn in 2025 with rereleases as a physical copy which fit perfectly well sitting next to original boxes and cartridges. If you didn't know any better you would of thought it was the original release in mint condition for a steal of a price.

I'd have given this 5 stars, but for one thing. It's an NTSC cart and if you're in a PAL region and try to play on original PAL hardware it will only work in black and white with a bit of an off picture. It's fine on my 2600+ so be aware if you're buying for original hardware.

Childhood:))

A trip down memory lane. This is basically a slightly improved version of the original Atari Berzerk on the 2600/VCS. Pretty much business as usual except it now comes with the speech that you had on the arcade original. Good purchase if you don't have the original or if you simply want to collect new releases.

Very good game

This game is an improvement of the original 2600 port of Berzerk. The enemies can now fire on diagonals and there is some speech which was a feature of the original arcade game. However there is one star off because there is no manual in the box which given the effort expended to create the nice cartridge, sleeve and box shows poor judgement given that this item is aimed at collectors.

Gioco storico per chi ama il retro gaming... personalmente acquisto solo se il prezzo non supera i 20 eu ...l ho pagato 19 euro c.ca e a questa cifra ci sta' il confronto con una cartuccia usata (anche se d epoca) senza scatola e magari con etichetta rovinata....IMO

Si comme moi vous aimez la 2600, cette nouvelle version améliorée d'un ancien classique fait franchement plaisir ! Des voix digit' en plus et surtout une difficulté revue légèrement à la hausse avec des robots capable dorénavant de tirer en diagonale (ce qui n'est pas le cas sur le jeu d'origine). En résulte un plaisir de jeu plus grand à mon humble avis. Pour avoir des retours sur des jeux retro, cherchez la chaine Nykraft le Magnifique !
