The nutritional values will vary depending on the berry powder. For the blueberry powder for example, the nutritional value is 5mg of Vitamin C per 100g. The packets I have bought are either 30g or 70g.

Yes it is, I use the powders for that purpose as well. The only powder that leaves a different colour is a sea buckthorn powder which leaves more of a brown shade rather than orange/yellow

It will vary depending on the date you purchase. I have bought the powder a couple of times and it has at least 6 months expiry.

Tasty Addition to Porridge

I had seen an advert elsewhere for these and was looking for low sugar ways to liven up porridge. I bought several flavours. Just a teaspoon sprinkled over the cooked porridge adds lovely flavour as well as lots of healthy goodness.

great for getting berries into the diet of anybody who either doesn't like them or can't digest them - add to yoghurt or to a warm drink, although the powder doesn't dissolve really.
