Yes, these are quality bitters for use in mixing cocktails. I also use these ginger bitters to give a lift to the Korean Toasted Barley Tea I like to drink during the day. The three big ingredients are gentian root, ginger root and alcohol (47%.)

Hella kills it when it comes to bitters. All I can say is it well worth the extra money these cost. They are superior over other bitters I have tried. I have it on my Subscribe & Save as a regular item! Makes a great gift as well.

Flavor isn’t very gingery. Lots more going on that covers the ginger. It’s still a nice flavor, though.
