Almost any non-pork cured meat will have added pork fat unless its specifically made to avoid pork. You have to add fat to wild boar because its to lean on its own. Without adding pork fat you wouldn't like the result.

Can somebody tell me were these sausages made from the pork raised with ractopamine?
