I had purchased earlier 2 times the units worked awesome. This time I purchased but not found the unit satisfactorily working as required as per units purchased earlier.

This product is effective and easy to use. We had some issue with the machine connection after 2 months use. Service support from MEDGEARS is very good, they have replaced the machine within 3-4 days of complaint. This product is a reliable and efficient device for anyone looking to improve muscle health and manage pain effectively.

How can Amazon allow brands to trade on their platform without testing their products. It didn't work for even a second. I asked for a refund or replacement but the seller told me to charge it. I did as was told but it still doesn't work. Now Amazon appears to have washed their hands of this transaction and the seller refuses to respond to my calls.
