Worked perfect. I used this to connect into pex for my water line for my fridge. The original setup was no good for pex ( the 2 screw setup that goes around the pipe and you twist the pin in to put a hole in the pipe ) if you tried to put the normal set up into a PEX line, the pec would bend.

Exactly what I needed
After driving to Ace, Lowes, and Home Depot, I found this valve on Amazon. It was exactly what I needed to hook up my refrigerator. Not only did it have the right size connections, but it also provided the valve so I didn't have to buy it separately. The press-on fitting to my 3/4" copper pipe worked easily with no leaks and the 1/4-turn ball valve is perfect.

As good as the name brand
I had to replace a puncture fitting for my refrigerator water supply. I thought I had plenty of time, but the delivery guys called and said they'd be here in 10 minutes. I was able to cut the pipe, install the fitting, connect the water hose and have it ready to go in time. No leaks after a month of use. Two thumbs up!
