Will i have to unscrew the grease plugs or what?** A: If your fittings are smaller (1/4"-28 or Metric 6x1 you can unscrew them to install the loop under the head of the Zerk. And, you also have the option of just pushing the loop over the head of the Zerk. You'll still have enough room to attach the cap on top of it and be able to secure your coupler without removing the strap. **Q: will these work as dust caps for automotive brake bleeder valves?** A: That will depend on the size of the bleeder valve.
