Primal Vegan Jerky | Seitan - Teriyaki Jerky | 5 x 28g

I've bought this flavour jerky before so I was pleased to buy a pack of them at a reasonable cost and delivered. As a vegetarian these are so handy for not just everyday use eg throwing in small pieces into a dish at the last minute as a meat substitute, but also for picnics or camping. They have an amazing delicious flavour I love, and it's nice to have that chewy seitan texture too. You split the packet from the top so it opens along the long side and you can just bite it or rip bits off. They can be sticky though. I often put these in my bag as they don't need refrigeration or heating and they're so easy to just get out if there's no available veggie option when out. I've eaten one when out shopping while walking outside, so you can eat them anywhere. I've bought seitan type products from vegetarian fares and not been impressed; to be honest nothing is as good as this. There's obviously a use by date but you'll have plenty of time to use them, months. Do try them whether you're a veggie or meat eater. I'll be ordering more soon as I've only got one left.

I have been vegan for a while, these do not taste great. I guess if you focus only on the nutritional value they are ok. Someone in the reviews mentioned they taste like Marmite, I really like marmite and i do not think they are any close

These tasted very out of date. I’ve had them before and loved them bur these were very dry and hard and tasted off

There's a few dodgy reviews on here, so clearly these aren't for everyone, but I think they're delicious. You'll never match the real thing, but honestly, for me these are the best alternative by far. I'm fully plant based now and these things are a god send. I literally eat one a day, lol. Great protein boost. Although they could defo be cheaper...

These arrived very hard. I managed to place one chopped up into noodles, I miss eating them from the packet. But then, maybe its a wake up call because they are processed food.

This has a really odd texture compared to other veggie Jerky I have tried. It also tasted nothing like teriyaki

Very tasty and meat-like. Great for veggies who crave meat. Would really like a bulk-purchase option for a bit cheaper :)

its ok for what it is (texture as expected) its supposed to be Teriyaki flavoured but instead tastes of very little at all
