Constipation saver
Long read, but I will try to give details of my entire experience and Emma. I was prescribed an antidepressant 6 years ago that started by issue with constipation. After getting off the antidepressant within 18 months the issue with frequency of having a bowel movement still remained. For the past 5 years I've experienced severe constipation where I would have bowel movements on an average of every 4 days. They were very painful movements with bloody irritated hemriods. When I felt the urge there was 10 to 15 minutes to find a bathroom before the pain would be intolerable and the bowel movement was going to happen. I always said it felt like the caboose was pushing the train. After a few years I thought it was in my best interest to get a colonoscopy done since there was continuous streaks of blood in the stool. Gastrointestinal doctor said everything looked good and a I had a couple hemriods that were no big deal. I did share my experiences over the last few years and he prescribed me a medichine that emptied me out within 4 to 5 hours, but atleast I had control over when to go, which helped out slightly but didnt by no means fix the problem. A few more years past and over the last 2 months I'm now experiencing stomach bloating, burping, constant nausea, lack of appetite, overall entire stomach discomfort and still having my constipation issues. Added onto all of this I was diagnosed with a belly button and ingunial hernia. In the mean time the nausea was increasing in frequency and almost became constant with the 4 day painful bowel movement. As I waited to make an appointment with a specialist I researched high and low throughout the internet to find out was wrong with me. Did the lack of bowel movements have anything to do with the nausea or the hernia? Somehow I stumbled on many different digestive supplements websites, but the one that caught my eye was for Emma. Good bacteria vs bad bacteria, lubricating the colon for more frequent movements. It all sounded good, but I was skeptical that it was an advertisement preying on those who would be willing to try anything to feel better. I did notice there was close to 7k reviews on Amazon with mostly positive reviews so I made the purchase of two bottles. The next day I receive the shipment and Im eager to start taking the Emma supplement. However my nausea was pretty bad and they recommend taking with your biggest meal of the day. When your nauseous you have a difficult time drinking water. I found a way to eat a protein bar and a yogurt with two pills of Emma. Now for the first 4 days of taking Emma my stomach gargled, excessively burping and felt so so nauseous. The package did warn that for 2 to 4 days stomach bloating and discomfort could become worst before it gets better. Now on day 5, I did feel a positive difference in feeling was less nauseous. Unfortunately I had hernia surgery scheduled for the following week and was directed to stop taking Emma immediately. Just days prior to surgery I did have a bowel movement within 2 days and 1 day later in the hospital which was the day of surgery. Keep in mind that prior to purching Emma I had two key issues. 1. Chronic painful constipation for 5 years. 2. Recent stomach bloating, burbing, stomach gargling and constant nausea. After hernia surgery I've now taken Emma 2 pills a day for exactly 2 weeks and I will break down my findings for me personally. Stool movement/constipation: There was first some hope of Emma helping my constipation issues prior to surgery even when not taking for 7 days leading into the surgery. So after surgery it took about a week before bowel movements started to become more frequent, way less painful and every 2 days. Over the last week I've gone back to back days and even went twice yesterday! All painless stool movements that I haven't seen in over 5 years. I honestly can't believe how this has helped me, Im so so very thankful. Bloating/Nausea: I'm currently scheduled for endoscopy and MRI this week in an attempt to figure out why I'm constantly feeling miserable. With that in mind I'm not sure if its good vs bad bacteria that is causing my stomach issues or if Emma could even help my situations. I haven't really changed up my diet and maybe if I did with Emma I would benifit. Overall stool frequency and movements is a life saver and I would highly recommend! I will update after test results and give updates on Emma. Definitely purchase!

Worth the expense!
I’m 35 and have tried a lot of gut health supplements, so I didn’t expect anything crazy—but this one actually surprised me. I mainly got it for bloating and digestion, and after a week, I noticed my stomach felt way less heavy after eating and I was more regular. It’s not an overnight fix, but it definitely works if you stay consistent. I like the ingredients—it has things like berberine, quercetin, and inulin, which are all solid for gut health. The capsules are easy to take and didn’t mess with my stomach, but I do take them with food just to be safe. It is a little expensive for a month supply. But if gut health is something you struggle with, I definitely think it’s worth trying.

Gold results
I’ve been using Emma Gut Health for a few weeks now, and the difference has been noticeable in a way that feels both gradual and genuinely sustainable. The biggest shift for me has been overall digestive comfort. I feel less bloated, more regular, and just generally lighter throughout the day. It’s not one of those products that hits you overnight—instead, it seems to support your system in a way that builds over time, which I actually prefer because it feels more natural and less aggressive. I also appreciate that it’s easy to incorporate into a daily routine. No complicated timing or prep—just consistent use and letting it do its thing. That consistency seems to be key. What stood out most is how it’s impacted my energy and mood indirectly. When your gut feels balanced, everything else just runs smoother, and I’ve definitely felt that ripple effect. Overall, Emma Gut Health feels like a solid addition if you’re looking to support digestion and gut balance without overcomplicating your routine. It’s been a positive experience for me, and I plan to keep it in my lineup.

The best gut supplement ever
I started taking Emma because I was dealing with a lot of bloating and discomfort, especially after meals. After using it for a few days, I’ve already noticed a big difference in my digestion. I feel less bloated, less gassy, and overall just lighter throughout the day. What I really like is that it works in a gentle, natural way nothing harsh or uncomfortable. My digestion also feels more regular now, which has made a huge difference for me. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have any bad taste, which is a plus. So far, I’m really happy with the results and plan to keep using it. If you struggle with bloating or slow digestion, I definitely think it’s worth trying.

Worth it! Just stay consistent
I’ve tried a lot of gut health supplements, and Emma Gut Health Relief is one of the few that actually made a difference over time. It didn’t work overnight, but after about 2–3 weeks I noticed less bloating and more regular digestion without any harsh side effects. What I like is that it feels like it’s fixing the root issue instead of just masking symptoms. My stomach feels lighter and less uncomfortable after meals, which was a big win for me. if you stick with it, it’s worth it. Just don’t expect instant results.

Slow but maybe
As a senior citizen, I was looking for a healthy method of taking care of my digestive issues when I came across an online video that seemed to really address my concerns. It was a long video which, to some degree, left me scared about what could be going on in my gut. However, it offered solutions in the form of these capsules. I should have known better because it mentioned a 7-second constipation relief that I never saw. Also, there may not be any 3rd party verification of what’s in the bottle. Nevertheless, I was so relieved to start taking EMMA and I wanted to be patient and fair. Therefore, I ordered 3 bottles and faithfully took it about 60 days. Maybe there was relief from bloating. But, during those 1st two months, I never saw constipation relief. I also continued to have acid reflux. There was no weight loss. Because there was no evidence it was working, I continued to do everything the video said doesn’t work: I continued with lots of water, eating foods with high fiber and probiotics, etc. But, to treat constipation, there was no relief except to take gentle laxative teas every few days. Update: in the 3rd month, I gave up taking Emma. Then, one day, I added Emma and apple cider vinegar gummies to all of the other things I wrote about above and got some daily constipation relief. It was nothing exciting and not totally effective but I want to be fair in this review which I had previously given a 1 star. Given more time while combining it with other approaches, it might be that Emma is capable of participating in my digestive struggle. If things get better, I’ll try to update again.

Helped with the impossible.
About 10 yrs ago,I was prescribed movantic. One of the rare side effects is that somehow it changes you so that you feel what is goung on in your intestines. It is excruciating on most days. It is like someone is pinching & twisting & burning you at the same time. There is no known way to reverse it. My life has been ruined by it. I don't go out or anything anymore. All I want to do is not move because the bowel slows down alot & the pain diminishes for a while. In addition, I have spina bifida with a tethered cord, neurogenic bladder & bowel. I have stuggled with issues all my life with the worst part being constipation. It was a big but manegable issue. Now that I can feel it, I'm in hell. I can never keep mt bowel lubricated no matter what I eat, drink. There is so much friction & gas that on most days I have to change into 3x size pants & tshirt because I am so bloated. I'm a snug xlarge but usually after lunch I have to change into size 2x leggins & tshirts to be even a lil comfortable. I started taking Emma in February & within weeks the frictuon is reduced & in turn so is the gas & pain from a bowel that is the sahara desert. No amt of fiber, water, miralax or stool softeners could keep my bowel lubricated. They are usually so dry that the consistency is like dry paste. It actually sticks yo the toilet & I have to scrub the toilet bowl everytime I go which is difficult for someine like me who has little leg strength & balance lissues . I cant expect my family to clean it. I took Emma for 2 months and was happy w8th the small amt of relief I got but then went looking to see if there was something that could help. I purchased the Gundry M.D. gut health formula. Big mistake. By week 2 my pain was worse than ever & my stools were black & shiny. I called the doc asap as my dad died of cirrhosis so I knew my liver was involved. There was also blood in my stools. Not enough ti hospitalize me but enough. Told my doc the whole story & she said trash that crap. I immediately ordered Emma again. Its been about 8 weeks. I am finally starting to feel a lil better again. I will take Emma till I die. The cost is hi for me on ss disability but I would rather eat pb&j & pasta for a week than give this up now when there is a teeny tiny window of hope. A bonus bottle will help especially since the holidays & grandbaby number 2 are coming in a few months. This was me. I have multiple, complicated issues so I do not fault Gundry, it just gave me a horrible reaction. Something in it & my body clashed seriously Everyone is different. I know people who love Gundry but it seems my lil bit of help is gonna come from Emma.
