Got this on a black Friday deal - we're moving house and I needed something that takes no space up and that I can just whack on the floor, in whatever room I'm clearing, for a quick session to save my back. Well it's perfect for that, it resembles the size and weight of a full A4 binder when folded. It's grippy and there's no chance of tripping over because it lays completely flat unlike some of the others. For the size and convenience you do lose some cushioning but you could pop a bath towel underneath for that.

I've been using this mat for nearly a year while traveling or for studios' practice I and can say that it is easy to carry and has an excellent grip (even better than the one I use at home). It does smell, but I personally like it, so it doesn't bother me at all.

Good on stickiness, extremely light, packs well. But it is THIN, works fine on carpet but brutal on hard surfaces. If this is your main travel mat, check ahead of time the surface on which you'll be placing it (is the space carpeted or not?) and consider a thicker mat for non-carpeted floors. I used this mat for fours days in a tile-floored seaside house, and even with a rag rug underneath, it was hard/painful to roll onto the outside of my foot (winged dragon), sit on my feet (saddle pose), etc.

My yoga studio started charging 2 pounds a class for mat hire, so I needed a yoga mat that I could carry on public transport without hassle. This one has proved to be ideal - it folds up into a very compact shape that fits snugly into a backpack or a large-ish shoulder bag. I was worried that the ridges where the folds were would cause an uneven surface, but this has not been a problem at all. I would like to buy another one but it puzzles me, why the huge difference in price between colours?

Compact and lightweight. I take it on holiday so I can workout in my hotel room or balcony in comfort.

Convenient and good looking, foldable yoga mat. Also lightweight and easy to store and pack. But the convenience is a trade off as it’s very thin and the grip is not good for exercising. For example it’s inconvenient for poses like downward dog due to slippery feeling of hands on the mat, which I don’t experience with my thicker yoga mat. While the mat itself doesn’t slip on the floor, it doesn’t provide proper grip for holding positions. Overall it’s ok but for enjoying good yoga flow would need better gripping properties for a more secure feeling through positions.

Excellent for travelling - a little slippery but I imagine it will go away with more use

Il tappetino è perfetto per il viaggio. È uguale alla foto. Il fatto che si può piegare come un asciugamano o libro oppure arrotolarlo come un normale tappetino è molto comodo. Si può attaccare allo zaino oppure metterlo dentro il trolley. Non è un tappetino uso yogico da tutti i giorni ma esclusivamente quando c'è il bisogno di spostarsi oppure c'è poco spazio nella valigia.
