Have bought different sizes of this dressing as the silver does seem to keep the bacteria away, and with certain injuries that required hospital treatment, the doctors mentioned the wounds were healing well and faster because of the silver dressing (the hospital had something similar but different brands). Silver is a well known hater of bacteria, can't go wrong with this dressing.

Good dressings for immediate contact with the wound, as they prevent the sticking of other dressings. They are quite expensive but worth it to help with healing and to help with pain relief.

I cut the to size and stick on with micropore tape. Very effective.

Good value for money and arrived promptly

These were purchased under the advice of a nurse to treat some burns. So glad I took the chance on them as they worked better than the dressing provided by the pharmacy. Burns (1st and 2nd degree) were healed within 2 days of using these along with a loose bandage (needed as there is no adhesive)
