I didn't know I needed one of these, but now I have it, I would definitely recommend it to others. I would like it to have come in other colours, but red appears to be Tefal's colour for spatulas, whisks, and so on. That's a personal preference though, so I haven't taken any marks off. I can stick it back in, but it just keeps falling out whenever I use it.
