Works quite well, just one thing to be aware of....
This is actually a pretty solid unit. Works really well. There were a few things I wish I had known before I bought it. *** WATER LEADS ARE 12V NOT 24V *** I thought because the switch operates on 24V that the leads would be 24V too but they are not, they are 12V. This required me to purchase different contactless water level sensors that supported 12v instead. I was trying to use contactless because I didn't want to deal with long-term corrosion of the leads in the water (ya, they are stainless steal but I'd prefer contactless anyways). *** WATER LEADS ARE AC NOT DC *** This one surprised me at first. The output of the leads that go into the water is AC. I discovered this because I had originally tried to use those contactless sensors I found on Amazon that allow me to place the water level sensor on the outside. Those little contactless sensors also worked great but they would output DC voltage. I was puzzled why the switch didn't trigger when it was getting the 12v it was expecting. It wasn't until I hooked the switch up to my oscilloscope did I see that the 12v being used for the water leads was AC, not DC. Turns out, AC conducts much better in water than DC so it makes sense to use AC instead. As a result, those contactless switches dont work. However, if you use the leads that are supplied, they should work for many years and I expect this to be a solid unit.

Good so far.
04/2025 update: It no longer senses the high level causing overflow (very bad if you don't have an alarm). probes have rusted in just 5 months Nowhere it mentions the probes can't touch each other to work, took me a while to figure it out because I attached the to an acrylic bar vertically (water level). Will have to "dangle" them using a horizontal bar. :( I see a lot of reviews about not lasting too long, let's see.

Works well and easy to use and setup
Works well and easy to use and setup. Saved this old water boiler ($2,000+ to replace a new one) that has a chipset that's no longer made. The water boiler would overfill and won't stop filling as its original chip set solenoid failed. Bypass the original chipsets fill portion and hooked the water boilers water level probe to the Roamoris Sump Pump Switch Control Automatic Water Level Controller Supply, gave it110v after switch and circuit breaker. Problem fixed. Looks fairly solid and well made. We will see how long this last, if it fails I'll post a new update.

Don’t buy for long term use
It does work but the sensors stop working after a few months but it may depend on the water you have them in.

So far so good
Gets 4 stars for the price. Bought this to replace one that is many hundreds more that was out of stock at the time i needed a new one. 1st it's worked for in a commercial location for 3 months so far. As for the leads, throw those in the trash. Buy real ones. Main problem is if there is a power outage it needs to be reset by flipping the switch back and forth. Make sure your pump is thermally protected! They don't care for running dry. I bought a second because they're so inexpensive. We'll see how long it lasts.

Works as advertised.
Bought a relay to go with it to handle a 24 Volt pump’s large load. First one got overloaded and fried itself.

Faulty product
I bought this because I saw the few good reviews about using the product for a sump pump. Unfortunately, many reviews said the product arrived faulty or did not work at all. I am one of those who received the broken one. The directions are acceptable but they could do a better job at providing better instructions on how to connect it to a magnetic connector for power >600W. Hopefully they can get a more robust device in the future. The idea is good though.

Cool!
It works as advertised. I recommend using an actuator with it. I didn't know what one was before but it is essentially a relay but instead of just one circuit being switched on, its up to 3 circuits (legs) that can be switched on. My well pump was too much power for this product to handle, hence the actuator. It's cool to have my water source automated!
