These pure moxa rolls are awesome for home moxibustion therapy. I’ve used them a few times for lower back pain and better circulation, and they burn super slow and even, without ash everywhere. One roll lasts about 45 minutes, perfect for acupuncture points. The smell is natural (herby), doesn’t stink like cheap ones, and the paper makes them easy to light and handle. They leave me feeling more relaxed and warm all over afterward. Totally recommend if you do moxa!

Impossible to find the moxa like the old days, but this is pretty good.

I used these moxa sticks 1-2 times a day in conjunction with spinning babies and better posture, and my baby flipped back to head down. I dont know if these did anything, but they were inexpensive yet high quality

I purchased this moxa sticks to do moxa therapy at home. The smoke output is too strong to use indoor that caused breathing issue to all family members even with all windows open. I then decided to use it in my backyard, but my neighbor came to complaint about the heavy smoke. It does heat up quickly but the smoke issue outweights the benefits for me. I would not recommend it to anyone.
