I applied the Moa balm frequently and the cold sore did not develop any further.I now use it daily and it does certainly help keep my lips moisturised especially in this icy weather. Review: (mostly) good ingredients and good results - This balm does a very good job in protecting, moisturising and relieving (at least from rashes and sunburn) the skin. And it is not animal tested. It does have a pretty much 'clean' formulation, my only concern is the ingredient "aroma", which is a synonym for "fragrance" - an undisclosed mixture of various scent chemicals and ingredients used as fragrance dispersants such as diethyl phthalate (these mixes have been associated with allergies, dermatitis, respiratory distress and potential effects on the reproductive system).
