Pure Magnesium Flakes for Bath

WONDERFUL bath salts that absolutel soothe and ease the joints and muscles over use/pain GREATLY.

Love Life-Flo products. The flakes work great for night time baths. They help to calm and you get the best nights sleep. Also works well for kids. The container last for quite a while also. Great product.

I mixed about 1/2 C of these to an 8 oz spray bottle. I spray on my thighs when I think of it & bottom of feet at night. Sometimes I also put a carrier oil on so it will absorb better. I read that would help. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I now sleep very deeply. I don’t wake during the night like I was for the last 8 mos or more. Haven’t noticed an increase in energy. I am not as anxious as I was getting either. I’ve been sharing with friends as this is a HUGE jar and great value. PS if you itch at first, keep using it. Your body is low and t will stop itching.

I’ve bought this before, but it was the larger size. I use this as a deodorant now. I mix equal amounts of flakes with distilled warm water and add some essential oils. Shake bottle and spray underarms. I no longer smell bad even if I forget to spray. I don’t even smell bad in evenings. It did take about a week before it worked well. The first week, my underarms really stank, getting rid of the bad chemicals from deodorant. I highly recommend this.

After I spent three solid weeks waking at night with horrible leg cramps, I sought solutions. Coincidentally, I had a routine doctor's appointment a few weeks after the problem started, so I talked to her about it. She recommended tonic water because of the quinine, which I bought immediately, but after three days I couldn't tell a difference.
