This rack arrived in excellent condition. It was easy to put together. Just needed a screwdriver. It was exactly what I needed for my craft sale. I only used the lower half on a table to display towels. It worked perfectly. It was sturdy and withstood extremely high winds. Other people's items were blowing everywhere, but not once did it blow over. I look forward to using the entire unit at a future craft show.
