The covers are difficult to puncture with the plastic tool they give. I really have to muscle it. That being said they are a little stronger in flavor but still works well. I usually have one in the morning before work & it jump starts my day.

Packaging was excellent and well done. No broken bottles. Each box has 3 rows of bottles, each row has a packet of straws as well as a little puncture tool to create an opening for the straw. Taste is pretty good! Slightly bitter, honey-ish. Will update later once I see how the product works in terms of energy which is the main reason I purchased. Update: I've been using these for the past week, I have 2 per day. One in the AM and one in the afternoon (around 2ish) I definitely have felt a big increase in energy and alertness, I was actually super super surprised. I have struggled with this annoying lethargy and have been looking for a good boost to push me through the day and I think I've found it. I'm the type where coffee does absolutely nothing for me. I can drink 6 shots and I'll just get shakey, I won't get the energy. Super happy with this purchase.
