WOLF2 for Astigmatism, Circle Dot Sight, Micro Red Dot Sight for RMR Footprint, 3MOA Dot and 64MOA Ring Reticle

Finally!!! A red dot optic where the dot doesn't look like a smeared "J" to my eye. Crystal clear definition and plenty of brightness adjustability. I mounted this on a Ruger Mark IV Tactical with a weapon light. Has plenty of adjustability for lower light conditions, but can get plenty bright when using the weapon light or in direct sun. Want to try the CAT SRS6 PRO next on a CZ P-01 I am milling for the RMSc pattern. Also worth noting, it also includes a picatinny mount, which I needed for mounting on my MK IV Tactical. I didn't know it was include, so ended up wasting money buying a different mount at the same time. Positives: - Works Very Well with astigmatism - Nice crisp, clear dot/ring - Good Build quality - Clear Glass Downside: - I have really long arms, and the red optic ring ends up partially outside the optic window. This won't be an issue with shorter arms, or if mounted on a rifle or PCC as a primary or backup optic, which is probably where it will end up for me.

Seriously love this optic. Being more familiar with the typical 2-3 Moa red-dots the 64 moa circle green dot circle looks lovely. The 64 moa circle takes a bit getting used to as its bigger than what folks are accustomed to. Could see for some it may be distracting but I enjoy it very much and with the larger reticle comes the ability to find it very quickly on a draw. The reticle stands out well and works great in daylight. It’s very easy to zero and also has nice clicks on the zeroing which some optics at this price range don’t feature. It looks incredibly durable as well. There are many durability tests on YouTube on these Cyelee optics. The company asks folks to stress test their products and seem to take pride in their rugged products so this gives me confidence in that department. Between the shake awake and everything you’re getting it’s a great deal in my opinion . The only real drawback to this optic is in lower lighting settings. For example like a dimly lit room. If too bright the large reticle has a bit of a glow. Now you would still be able to find the target but to distinguish certain parts would be difficult. You could use a lower reticle setting which does work very well in a dimly lit place but the issue comes if there’s varying degrees of light. You could easily lose the dim reticle in brighter lights which is an issue. Simply using a flashlight on a medium reticle setting or having a lit space makes this a non-issue. Just thought I’d add that just in case. TLDR: Great well made optic. Easy to zero and has a nice site picture. Works best in brighter settings. Would definitely recommend.

I picked up an inexpensive 9mm pistol to use up a bunch of ammunition I had laying around. I had never purchased a Cylee before, but decided it was worth the gamble to keep the cost down on this range toy. I was immediately impressed with the construction and the clarity of the optic. The circle dot is large and bright. Of course you can adjust it down as needed very easily. I like that it as a top loading battery and I really like to shake-a-wake feature on an optic just inexpensive. I was happily surprised at how well the shake-a-wake feature works. I've put about 500 rounds through the pistol with this optic on top. So far it's doing well, holding zero, and looks great. You can't beat the price for an RMR cut optic like this. Also, it comes pre-mounted to a picatinny rail in case you want to put it on a different type of firearm. You just remove the picatinny rail to mount it to the RMR cut on your pistol. Side note, and a great added bonus, they send plenty of extra screws to make sure you can fit it on your pistol. I will likely be buying a second one of these and checking out other optics in their line. Update: I realized that I never spoke on the stigmatism feature of this optic. I have a stigmatism and while I didn't buy this optic specifically for that, the optic is CLEAR with zero flaring. If you have a stigmatism you know what I mean.

Though I believe I was sent a previously used/returned optic, I still want to give the item itself a reasonably honest review. The finish is good, the glass looks great, the brightness settings are very nice. The 'circle' is huge and fills most of the view area unless you hold it close to the eye but since I hold my pistol at full extension the circle appears quite large. On a rifle, where the optic is closer to the eye, the circle won't appear quite as large. I kind of like the large circle though as a smaller circle can sometimes make seeing the target well enough to place the dot difficult. With the larger circle, I can easily see the target inside it and am able to place the dot more precisely. I do have an astigmatism (not terribly bad though) which makes the dot of most optics blurry and I can say that this circle dot optic isn't as bad and is easier for me to see. The circle is very clear and the dot is cleaner, though not perfect and still a bit blurred, it is much better. This is my experience with it, yours may differ. Cons: Unlike many other brand pistol optics, the screws don't have thread locker pre applied so you'll have to provide your own. Not a huge deal as I always have thread locker on hand. My optic arrived with the battery pre installed, making me suspect it was a returned item. Especially as the first step of the installation instructions tells you to install the battery. There are good reasons batteries aren't normally pre installed in such devices or at the least have something preventing the battery from making contact, that has to be removed prior to use. I don't like receiving a returned item when I pay full price for new. There was also some sticky gunk between the optic and the picatinny bracket it arrives mounted to, with some scratches and a dent in the metal plate of the optic bottom. The gunk cleaned off ok with a little solvent but cleaning gunk off a brand new optic isn't something one expects to have to do. Despite the small dent in one corner of the bottom plate the optic appeared to be well sealed. Other than those issues, I like the optic. I just wish it had arrived without battery installed and without the sticky gunk that makes me think I got a used/returned optic, making me feel as though I've been ripped off. This is my second Cyelee optic and now it will be the last.

I ran this optic through a full 400‑round test in one three‑hour session (84°F, 15 mph wind). Zeroed at 25 yards using slow 5‑round groups, and once dialed in, it never shifted. No drift, no wandering, no loss of zero the entire session. The dot stayed clear and crisp, and I never lost it during recoil. On my platform the recoil impulse pushed straight back with almost no muzzle rise, so follow‑up shots felt instantaneous. The dot tracked perfectly and always returned to the same spot in the window. No wobble, no hunting, no flicker. I shot 100 rounds each at 25, 15, 10, and 7 yards, and the optic stayed consistent across all distances. For something in this price range, the performance was far better than expected. Solid zero retention, clean tracking, and fast target acquisition. Bottom line: extremely stable, easy to shoot fast, and absolutely reliable through a high‑volume session.

I am reviewing this product after 2 years of use and several thousand rounds. The durability and ability to hold zero have been on par with any of the name brands like Holosun, vortex, and even Trijicon. The features are great and unique from the standpoint that they offer a solution for astigmatism. The battery life has been great in that I haven't changed the original battery as of yet. The reticle size allows for fast target acquisition and the installation was easy. Great product for the price! Unbeatable!!!

This may not be quite as quality as a Holosun, and certainly not as bulletproof as an RMR, but it seems rather reliable from what I've seen from video torture tests. Since I'm not sure many people will have both this and the Holosun 507c like I do, I will make some experienced comparisons. Size - pretty much identical, just a little different profile Appearance - The Holosun probably looks just a tad more refined, and certainly has more brand recognition/reputation which especially makes the Holosun logo appealing. But really, other than the shiny adjuster screws, this sight looks quite good. And that can be fixed. Auto wake - this feature actually works much more to my liking on this sight than the Holosun does. Many people claim this feature doesn't even work on the Holosun because it's so ridiculously sensitive that just walking near it turns it on. This fools people into thinking it never turned off. I don't like things being on when I don't intend them to be since in my mind this will always detract for the life expectancy of not only the batteries, but the product itself. This Cyelee on the other hand works exactly like I'd want it too. It's not so sensitive that footsteps generally keep it awake, but the slightest bump or movement of my piece itself reliably wakes it up instantly. I tested this dozens of times over the course of months because I want to be able to trust it for self defense, and it has been very impressive to react every single time. Ambient light dimming - This sight, unlike the Holosun 507C, does not have auto dimming. Is that a bad thing? I'm not so sure. Although the auto dimming of the Holosun is a cool feature, I can think of circumstances where it will actually cause you problems if you have it enabled. Like for example if you are hiding in the shadows and point it into a lighted area, the sight may be so dim that it may be very hard to see. That is why I am leaning towards setting it to a pretty neutral brightness level and leaving it alone unless specific situation requires otherwise. Which leads me to the next point. Buttons - I prefer the buttons on this sight way more than the Holosun. I have used both in very low light conditions, and without having eyes on the buttons, the Holosun's tiny, close-together buttons are far harder to locate, differentiate, and successfully press. I saw one reviewer that claimed these Cyelee buttons work poorly on this sight, and that you have to press into them with your finger nail to make them operate, and that review almost kept me from buying. I'm happy to report that has not been my experience at all. Yes, the button takes less force to click if you press them with your fingernail due to how that focuses all the pressure to the optimal point of contact. But I have repeatedly and intentionally pressed these buttons with my fat thumb and index finger to gauge how reliably they will work the way I want them to. These buttons, as they should, require significant force to press in. But I have found they work quite reliably with fat fingers when press assertively, and are not really all that hard to press. In fact I would say they are just hard enough to press that I won't worry that they will be pressed in accidentally by setting my piece down. I would also say the click they make when pressed in has a nice tactile feel as well as light audible one that is satisfying. Night vision compatibility - I was also very happy to confirm that with my 3rd gen pvs14 night vision, there are 2 excellent brightness settings for that purpose on this sight. Clarity through the glass was also very impressive with very little distortion. Possibly even less distortion around the edges than the Holosun, although I did not use them back to back to confirm. The settings are clearly intended for night vision since they can not be seen otherwise. The lower setting would be ideal for near zero light, while the second one is more ideal for a bit of moonlight or city light in the distance. So this also very well done. Reticle - Reticle is very crisp. I personally love the dot circle option this sight provides. Just like the 507c, you can cycle back and forth between dot, or dot circle. I love the dot circle for day time because my eyes are not great and it really helps me instantly draw my focus to the dot without searching even when you may have the brightness set a little low for circumstances. On the other hand, dot works better for night vision since too much light on the glass can cause reflections that can be hard to see past. It may sound like I'm bashing Holosun here but I'm really not. I like my Holosun quite a bit and I do trust it a bit more under most circumstances given Holosun's earned reputation. But it's a big problem for me that I don't trust my ability to work its buttons in low light. With this sight I do. The RMR style buttons this sight has is a far superior design.

Very close clone to my Holosun 507c at half the price point for a reason. It only has a circle dot display with no option to select either circle, circle with dot or just a dot like Holosun. Being able to select a dot OR circle would be a better feature. No auto brightness function which may or may not be a deal breaker. The 3MOA dot looks more like a 2MOA. The 64MOA outer circle is too large and thick taking up most window and is distracting. Anything beyond 10 yards the large circle is pretty much useless. A better size is 32MOA. The selectable brightness settings has a large brightness jump between the lowest brightness (1) and the next setting (2) increase. Meaning its either too dark or too bright. Needs something in between. The highest brightness setting (8) produces so much glare it's impossible to use. The underside RMR mounting pin holes have sloppy diameter tolerances with side noticeable side play to the base plate pins so only the screws are preventing movement. Defeats the purpose of the base plate pin. The Holosun 507c have a tighter tolerance for the pin holes prevent any movement even without screws. While the above issues are worth considering before purchasing. The main reason I purchased the Wolf2 because it claims to help alleviate astigmatism issues. I found no significant difference between the Wolf2 and Holosun 507c to support that claim. If anything the Holosun had less astigmatism distortion compared to the Wolf2. The shake awake is a good option however it's very sensitive to the point of floor vibrations walking by while on a table turns it on. The sight has allot of promise, holds zero well and constructed to compete with Holosun but without functions most shooter are looking for. Its missing the mark. The sloppy RMR pin mounting holes tolerances area major concern. They are to prevent lateral sight movement with slide action and mounting screws being sheared off, so a tight fit is required. The correcting astigmatism claim doesn't seems to prove out. At lease in my case. If you are looking for a good basic lower priced Holosun clone without the Holosun functions then this is for you.
