Great power bank!
This Anker power bank has persuaded me to change brands! It is sizeable, but there are cases for it, which I would recommend, if only to ensure it cannot be shorted (because it has some exposed contacts for charging). It lasts actually quite well; I ran an M-series macBook Pro off this bank for pretty much an entire day while it was running a bright screen (which chews power like mad), along with a travel router. There are sufficient ports, and it will charge off a standard USB-C connection overnight. The only sad thing is that this specific model can't talk to the Anker app, but it's not worth subtracting a star for!

Superbly versatile and fast charger!
Took this away on a family holiday as it’s first test. Not only does it charge unbelievably fast from a decent charger (I used a 65watt Anker charger and this battery was taking almost all of that based on its screen info), it happily copes with charging a range of devices from phones to tablets, even topping up my laptop a little really quickly. Being able to charge the battery pack and also have it charge connected devices is a game changer too vs. older battery banks I have. 20,000 capacity was good to cope with being used without worrying it will run out, useful for a family with 4 phones, three tablets, and three Nintendo Switches. The screen was nice to see what power each device was taking, and to easily see the remaining battery capacity as well as how long left for the battery itself to reach full charge when itself was being recharged. Probably a little gimmicky to see the output power to connected devices, and it is certainly a noticeable weight given the pretty small size, however as a charger which I think should cope with several years of devices needing a hefty bit of power and capacity to recharge, I think this is a very long term keeper, well up to expectations from Anker in terms of build quality and performance.

very good battery
very good bettery! i'm charging my phone up to 50W so I can plug it in for few minutes to get juice for my phone for all day. The battery charging 100W itself and it take about 1h to fully charge from zero with fast charger. Must have for holidays and when access to wall plug is limited.

Premium Power Bank: A Mixed Start with a Strong finish
This power bank immediately gives off a premium vibe in both look and feel. However, my initial experience was less than ideal as the device wouldn’t switch on straight out of the box. (Charging Issues and Troubleshooting) Upon connecting it to a 100W Anker power brick using the provided 140W cable, I observed some peculiar behavior: the charge indicator jumped to 50% before quickly dropping to 0%. Despite this oddity, I continued to charge the power bank from 0%. Initially, it charged at 95W, but as it reached 27%, it began overheating and subsequently throttled the charging rate to 45W. To resolve this, I performed a reset by connecting one end of the usb-c cable to port 1 and the other end to port 2. This successfully reset the device, and since then, it has been performing excellently. (Performance and Capacity) On its first full charge, I ensured the battery was regulated by keeping it plugged in for an additional 30 minutes after reaching 100%. The power bank charges connected devices at their maximum allowable rate. However, the claimed 20,000 mAh capacity seems to be an overestimation. It provided only one full charge to an iPad Pro 11” and one and a half charges to an iPhone 13 Mini. This is sufficient for my needs but could be a limitation for others. (Conclusion) Overall, I am pleased with this power bank. It delivers on its promise of fast charging and maintains a premium aesthetic. Should you face any issues upon unboxing, follow the troubleshooting steps outlined, and the device should perform as expected.

Highly recommended
I've gone through a fair few power banks over the years, and the Anker Prime is genuinely in a different league. The 200W output means I can charge my laptop at full speed — something most portable chargers simply can't do — while simultaneously topping up my phone and earbuds. That's three devices, no compromise. The 20,000mAh capacity is generous enough to fully charge a modern laptop once and still have juice left for my phone. For long travel days or back-to-back meetings away from a desk, that kind of reliability is hard to put a price on. The smart digital display is one of those features you don't realise you need until you have it. Being able to see the exact battery percentage, wattage output, and estimated time remaining takes all the guesswork out — no more wondering if it'll last the flight. Build quality feels premium without being unnecessarily heavy. It's clearly designed to be carried daily rather than left in a drawer. Charging the bank itself via the 170W input is also impressively fast; I've had it go from nearly flat to full in well under two hours. If you're someone who relies on staying powered up throughout the day — whether for work, travel, or just a heavy device user — this is the one to get. Not the cheapest option on the market, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Not the best.
I had a lot of hope for this, and usually love Anker products but this one just isn’t up to standard. It’s heavy, fine, but it means I can’t carry it around with me as I’d wish to. Not only this but after only having it for a couple of days it’s seemingly faulty - it gets very hot and doesn’t seem to hold a charge. I would not recommend this item sadly.

PERFECT!!
I love Anker as a brand and have always used an Anker product since 2015 when they made extended batteries for the Samsung S4 and upwards This powerbank is a perfect size for me and my needs and I chose the gold colour as it looks nicer and more modern than the grey colour in my opinion I fully charged the powerbank to 100% with the included usb-c to usb-c 140w cable and used it to charge my Samsung S24 Ultra from 20% to full and the remaining % shows on the screen in my pictures, so the battery dropped 18% to 82% after charging my Samsung S24 Ultra which is pretty insane I reckon I'll get a minimum of 4, maybe 5 charges for my Samsung S24 Ultra per fully charged powerbank and it also comes with a very nice soft carry pouch as well It has some handy info when you press the button to navigate through the different readouts like charge cycles, battery percentage, temperature, display brightness and how long you want the screen to stay on for before it turns off It has a rating of 72wh which is well below the 100wh limit of airplanes so taking this in cabin luggage is definitely allowed (I have circled this rating number in one of the pictures I've attached) It has pins on the bottom of the powerbank incase you wish to use the powerbase to charge it Overall I'm insanely happy with this and it feels extremely solid, well built and very nice in terms of weight and feel The case I keep it in is a perfect fit for it as well and has a nice little pocket in the lid section for storing a couple of cables Happy to answer any questions

Defective
Just now i received this in my post .. opened the package and tried to use it to charge my phone and it failed to charge. I tired pressing the buttons and playing around ... showed me 50% charge ... then it started charging for few secs and then off. Kept repeating like that on and off for 5 mins... and didnt charge the phone either... I am shocked such a reputed brand and a expensive one and shame it didn't work. Worst thing is i am travelling tomorrow and now i dont have a powerbank. Very disappointing and i was so looking forward to travel with it... I dont know what to say... I spoke to the customer service right away and getting refunded right away. Customer service were helpful enough. But still it will not have a powerbank to travel with tomorrow : (

This is a little beast of a battery pack. I love it, Anker just build solid quality items. I rarely leave reviews, Anker deserves my time to thank them.
