This must be used with gel polish that is cured under a UV light. **Q: I forgot to ask how hard this is to remove. Do I have to file a lot or just break the seal and soak with acetone?** A: You can break the top layer and soak, but that takes too long for my liking. I just use my drill and drill the gel off which is very quick and easy because it’s a soak off gel and is soft enough to file off as well. **Q: How do you remove it?** A: You have to file your nails to take the shine off then either soak in acid tone or a gel remover . **Q: What are the ingredients?
