🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Let me tell you a little story about grits. I'm from the North, where we mainly eat snow for breakfast and call it a day. But then, one fateful day, I stumbled upon these magical bags of Southern goodness called grits. Pros: Versatile AF. Want breakfast? Grits. Want lunch? Grits. Want dinner? You guessed it, grits! They're like a culinary blank canvas. Add cheese, bacon, shrimp, even unicorn tears for all I care, and they'll still taste amazing. Comfort in a bowl. Seriously, one spoonful and you'll feel like your grandma just gave you a warm hug. Cons: They disappear faster than my paycheck on payday. Seriously, one minute they're there, the next, poof, gone! They're addictive. I'm pretty sure I could eat grits for every meal and not get tired of them. But my doctor says I need to diversify my diet. Boo. They're a pain to explain to my Northern friends. Bring Back Southern Charm to Your Kitchen; and replace your Polenta.
Nothing as good as silky smooth grits in the morning with breakfast. Heavenly. Jim Dandy has been making grits for more than 100 years. (Started in 1923). Get them and see. Everyone likes Polenta, but it comes from flint corn and is yellow. But Grits come from dent (hominy) corn, and is white, and more silky, finer and smooth. Goodbye Polenta; and Hello Grits! Enjoy!
