Updating my original review — I’m very impressed with this company’s customer service. After my unit stopped blowing warm air after about 14 months, the seller reached out to me, apologized, and sent a replacement right away. They also provided a 1-year warranty on the new unit, which I really appreciate. The dryer itself worked great when I first got it, and I’m happy to have a new one. It’s rare to see this level of support after the initial purchase period, and it definitely changed my experience for the better. Thank you for standing behind your product! I purchased this shoe dryer in December 2024 and loved it at first. It worked really well and dried shoes quickly. Unfortunately, after about 14 months it stopped blowing warm air and now only blows cold air, so it no longer dries shoes. I’m very disappointed because it worked great while it lasted, but I expected it to last much longer.

The dryer heats up immediately, blows very warm air through the boots or shoes and dried my wet shoes in less than an hour. The ozone generator works and definitely gets rid of odor inside the shoes. Be aware that it generates ozone using a noisy spark arcing device. I limited the time running the ozone generator since ozone can degrade rubber and some shoe materials in time. A short duration for the ozone generator eliminated odor and I set the heat cycle longer. This is not real heavy duty plastic arms, but it works and the price is low. After using it, I will never be without one again. It definitely saves the shoes and makes them dry and wearable in a short period of time.

Me ha gustado mucho este secador de botas. Es muy práctico, especialmente para quienes usan botas o zapatos de trabajo y necesitan tenerlos secos y listos para el día siguiente. Me gusta que permite ajustar la temperatura y el tiempo de funcionamiento, y que puede secar dos pares de calzado al mismo tiempo. El aire caliente circula muy bien dentro de las botas y ayuda a eliminar la humedad sin tener que dejarlas secando durante horas. También me parece muy útil para los guantes y otros accesorios que pueden mojarse. El diseño es compacto y no ocupa demasiado espacio. Hasta ahora ha funcionado muy bien y me parece una excelente compra para tener en casa. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A little flimsier than I would like, but they get the job done. They do fold up small for easy storage. Easy to use, and they pump out a good amount of heat. Takes about 15 minutes to dry a pair of skates after a day on the ice.

Honestly worked great for my work boots. Was battling a damp work boot after 12+ hour shifts (I use 2 pairs and swap them daily). But was still getting some uncomfortable problems with air drying. Popped the boots on this for 20 minutes a day and all foot related concerns cleared up, and no noticeable damage to boots. Good stuff!

Perfect gift for someone that is outside in rainy, snow conditions. I bought this for my soldier that is constantly in the field in a seasons and he says he absolutely loves this. He doesn’t wake up in the mornings with wet boots. Works great! It is easy to use put both boots in and turn it on. Drying time takes sometimes but depends on how wet his boots are. Anyone with a soldier in the military I highly recommend this for them!!!

First time I used it to dry up my wet gloves from shoveling snow worked great till I noticed the plastic on the top the plastic was really hot and as becoming distorted. Returned it as it was defective. Too bad as it had plenty of heat to dry the gloves fast.

I've only used the item once, but it seems to do the job. My son had a soccer tournament over the weekend, on a wet field. His cleats were soaked, and he three more games. I was able to dry them between games. I never give five stars, because that means there's nothing needing improvement, which is never true.

I bought this for my husband and he was very impressed with how well it works for his work boots. He puts his boots on it in the evening when he gets home and his boots are warm and dry for morning. It's a bit noisy but we leave it in the porch so we don't really hear it.

I'm pretty sure I recieved a used unit but it seems like it's in ok condition. I had a different unit before this and the heat was very inconsistent and unreliable. I did some tests on this unit and it seems good. High heat tops out at about 46C and low is about 28C. It does take about 6-8 minutes to come to high temp, which isn't quick, but it's reasonable. The ozone feature does make noise, but it's not too bad. Smell is mild but does appear to be producing ozone. This seems like the best featured option unit available and the price is reasonable.

Update: The customer service was impeccable! I returned the item because of the reasoning below. They were very much all about customer satisfaction and sent me another at no cost. Due to the time of year I will not be able to use it much but it comes with a 1 year warranty so will be interesting to see how this works next winter or the odd time ill dry boots over the summer. I gave it a 4/5 now because of their customer service and will update again once I see how the product works. Used this 5/6 times. The first few times it worked great I was super impressed with the results especially given the cost. The last couples uses its still worked good drying wise but the machine itself sounds like it’s over working and doesn’t sound safe. I’ve only had this a couple weeks and will be returning it as I don’t feel super comfortable using it anymore and scared it maybe a fire hazard just due to the sound it makes alone.

**Update** Upon seeing my review the seller reached out to make the situation right. Excellent customer service! Seems to dry things! I like that it has a timer and auto shuts off. One of the arms is already broken and no longer stays extended. We used it 2 times in 4 days and it’s already a bit broken.

Bought this as a gift, and it stopped working after a few uses. Very disappointed.
