This Ray Hong magnifier is thoughtfully designed device. Nice and compact easy to carry. I like it but need a larger version. Their 7" model Amazon claims "only 1 left" but that's not true. When I click to order it Amazon says they have "0" (zero) stock.

I have had this for one year and works good. I bought a belt loop carry case to tale with me to the stores to help me read product labels. Battery charge last a good time. I use it at home all the time to read.

A good product that works well as a magnifier. Nice size and light weight. Good bright screen. Price was much lower that buying from a specialty store. Only reason for the three star review is that it was too complicated to use for a older non tech using relative it was bought for. If it only had just magnification it would have been perfect. But it was far too easy to put the device into one of it's many modes. And confusing for this relative to get it back to regular magnification. So it was returned and they are still using magnifying glasses.

I purchased this product some weeks ago as a gift to my parents. We tried it a few days ago for the first time, and I think it has some issues with the battery. I connected it to the power supply to charge the battery, and it shows a flashing red light that never turns off, even after some hours connected, which makes me think the battery is not charging. When I try to power it on, it doesn’t work. The magnifier only turns on and works while it is connected to a power supply. Also, when I try to access the battery power display on the menu, it doesn’t show that option. I was trying to get support with this issue but I cant contact the manufacturer company and it seems the product is not elegible for return or replacement, very disappointed!!!!!! I've wasted a lot of money!!!

This is an amazing tool for the reading impaired! It is simple to use and very helpful in reading. I got this for my grandma and it has changed her life! Highly recommend it!!

This magnification device has been so helpful for my elderly mother as her vision has been deteriorating, it is so easy and simple to use that anybody can use it, it has great magnification making very easy to read even the smallest letters, it has fine quality and adjustable zooming plus it gives you the option to adjust the Brightness and it has shown great Performance, i really like and recommend it.

It comes already charged so you can start start learning how to use it. Due to my limited vision, it takes me longer to learn how to use the various functions but I’m practicing

This item will not charge I did not realize the retire date that I missed. could some help me ?
