... when I unpacked the box and saw what a nice looking machine this is. It's stylish, seems to be well-constructed, and has flashes of neon inside and outside. So it is stylish and attractive. It was super-easy to get up and running. I purchased this device as an interim solution for a year when my $3,500 6-year old machine crashed and burned. I didn't want to spend a fortune on it. It's really quite fast for my needs which are graphic and web design-related. However, ipason has a lot to do when it comes to customer support and service. 1. The machine came with 16mb of memory and can accept up to 64mb. What they don't tell you is the motherboard only can hold two chips. I bought 2 16mb chips thinking I would have a total of 48mb of memory. At some point, I'm going to have to spend another $150 or so to replace the memory that I already purchased. 2. The instruction manual is pitiful, at best, and not tailored to this specific machine or available online. 3. I used the chat function to speak with the company three times, with little success. They don't seem to understand basic questions. 4. They don't tell you how many drives you can put in the machine in advance. The one response I received was a little vague ... 2xSSD, and 2x3.5". While the specs say you get a 1tb SSD and 1tb HDD, they do not indicate that these drives are hybrid ... built into one. So I ordered an 8tb HDD to replace the 1tb, but you can't do that. 5. I thought, okay, I'll just add the drive, but there is no obvious means of installing an HDD tray in the available space, and they don't offer this as an accessory. 6. My resolution was to purchase a 4tb SDD which is more expensive than the HDD drive, but will easily attach to the housing. But I had to return the 8tb HDD. Then, of course, I almost forgot I had to buy a sata cable and screws to attach the SDD drive to the unit. Bottom line. If someone wants a nice machine, at a very reasonable price, which is easy to set up out of the box, this one is great. However, if someone wants to customize the machine, it can be a hassle with little help from the manufacturer. That said, if I had it to do all over again, I'd purchase this machine for my needs.

Love this Gaming PC. was easy to setup, Basically plug and Play. My only criticism is in the Description of the PC it is miss leading, This PC does not have 4 slots for Memory on The Mother board as indicated in the specs, it only has 2 slots. Problem. I order 4 16 Gig memory and has to return it and Re-ordered Qty 2 32 Gig Memory to max it out at 64 Gigs. Other than that. Love the PC.

Hello, for some reason my fans are not working. I looked this up online and it stated they will turn on when your computer gets hot or dusty. I then continued to play with it, it is always warm, and fans have never turned on 1 time. After talking with my gaming friends, they claimed to get a refund or a new pc.

It's good for gaming and can run helldivers really well, even on high settings. Also I get above 100fps on any rblx games

We like that it is plug in and go, the casing and lights make it look really cool. Definitely a good buy for a prebuilt, nothing to worry about, plug in and go. It's our 3rd IPASON pc and have not had any issues with any of the 3 we've bought so far.

Came broken and bent. Looked to be a shipping issue so I returned it and got another one. Second one came with graphics card not working! Do Not Waste Your Money!!!

Everything's great with the computer but shipping is just the problem with everything

Its a good PC, no problems on my end and it has a good value, except that they have lied about Wi-fi and Bluetooth, they send you a dongle for Wi-Fi. I don't know about Bluetooth. The motherboard doesn't have it built in, and here's the model of it MSI PRO B760M-E DDR4. Otherwise, it works fine.
