What's the deal with silicone covered memory foam?

It one of the most hygienic ear tips ever made. No more inserting previous wax, oils and overall gunk back into your ear. You simply wipe and clean it off before inserting them into your ear for a fresh feeling ear tip everytime.

If it's Universal ear tips, why doesn't it fit all ear tips?

Most ear buds are designed with circular nozzle to fit standard circular inner tube ear tips. Now, manufacturers are designing unique non-standard ear tips. Also, the case that holds the ear buds sometimes does not have room for different ear tips.
