The notebook itself is great quality and I think it would work well if you have a lot of meetings. I tried using it but I think I have used notebooks for taking notes for so long that it was kind of frustrating to use. It feels like a waste of paper to make notes from a 10-minute meeting in. I will probably gift it to someone else in the office who has longer meetings.

As someone who attends a lot of meetings, the Taja meeting notebook has been the perfect tool to help me stay organized. Each page includes dedicated sections for the date, time, attendees, meeting objective (which I personally use as the meeting title), detailed notes, and a checklist for action items. If I had one suggestion, it would be to reduce the space allocated to action items in favor of more room for note-taking—but that’s purely a personal preference. I often extend my notes into the “takeaway” section, which isn’t the neatest approach, but it works for me. One of my favorite features is the variety of color options. I enjoy picking a new color each time I fill up a notebook. The cover is also sturdy enough to withstand being carried from one meeting to the next without damage. Overall, this notebook strikes an outstanding balance between form and function.
