If buying the ResMed AirMini was the first best-ever decision, buying these makes the logistics seamless. Easy to use: twist-open the nose pad, insert, twist shut and go. Lasts longer than advertised though you should definitely mind the box instructions. I travel a lot so the AirMini (and these HumidX HMEs) are absolutely worth it.

The customer service was outstanding. I had a mild problem which they fixed quickly and efficiently. I will always order from this seller. The HumidX pack itself works great in my AirMini. Quality product at a reasonable price. It really opens up people who use CPAP to be able to travel and not get dry nasal passages and mouth. I've tried the bargain brand humidifier pucks and they don't fit the machine quite right. This is perfect.

Yes, they are expensive. Yes, mobile CPAP is consider a luxury and not covered by insurance. :( Yes, the name brand are better. The inexpensive generic brand are louder, and make a lot more noise at night.

These are the exact filters that Apria wanted to charge me double for, and they seem to work fine. They appear to be genuine ResMed filters, and while still expensive, they saved me a bunch of money. I only use them when I travel so this six pack should last me more than a year.

Been using distilled water in my old dream machine. But these actually seem to work. It is a new experience. No more distilled water. But I've been using the water so long that I still start to get it every nite and discover there is nothing to put it in!

My Air Mini CPAP is one of the better purchases I made before a trip to London (that, and a great pair of walking shoes), and these little gel-disks are what makes it so convenient. I'd started NOT traveling as much, in part because of the extra stress of hauling my standard CPAP around with me -- the old one took up a lot of room, and required distilled water, which you would THINK would be easy to find until you're in a hotel in a strange city. With the Air Mini, I was actually able to use my CPAP *on the airplane* (which I think helped me sleep, because of the familiarity). At no point did I have to go looking for water. And you've got to admit, these little disks are so much easier to carry than even smaller bottles of water -- I carried my Air Mini CPAP (including the mask and hose), two of these disks, and a small white-noise machine in a soft, thermal lunch bag. The disks *are* more expensive than distilled water, but convenient enough that I'm sold.

After using my Air Mini without these for awhile, I finally used the sample ones that came with it and realized how much more comfortable it made things. So I needed more for an upcoming vacation and these showed up right away, the day before I left.

Deeply disappointed when I searched for HumidX F20 and this 6 pack came up. It's not for the F20 at all, and I only discovered it wouldn't fit when I opened one and tried to attach it. Can't be returned because it's opened. So I found the right one online for way less than this. Beware!
