Has to be wired to the radio, has the Harley plug on it. Needs power/ground/accessory hard wired to head unit. Yes will work with kenwood

Im Sure it will work on 04, I installed on a 11. Unfortunately I can't verify if the harness will be compatible

No. There is another harness you will have to buy for the hand controls to work. If you do like I did and install a radio with a remote, you can use that instead.
