Good product, relief in pain after work

The product is good & effective. It was recommended by my physiotherapist. I had a problem with the first product i bought, in terms of power tripping, within the first few days; but the customer service was very responsive and guided me through the process, of getting a free replacement within warranty.

Its a really damn good product. Its well built and the battery life is solid as well. Must recomend 👍👍

Since the day I have started using this massager the battery backup was only around 1.5 hours and it takes more time than that to charge it fully. I have raised several complaints on their website but I have not even received an acknowledgement other than the automated email. There is no contact number to call as well. I would suggest people not to buy products of this brand. It is just a white labelling company putting their name on the Chinese products.
