This is a great pillow. It's really Cindy and does a good job of keeping my head cool. Not only that but it is super firm with out being rock hard. It is a great value for a pillow that lays a long time

The chemical smell doesn’t go away! I aired it out for days outside, months inside, and it still smells. What a waste of $!

This is the pillow I sleep on every night. I think the thickness and comfort is just right. The 'cool side' has a tendency to shed a lot of fibers, and the size of the pillow means a standard cotton pillow sheet has a tendency to slip off. I would give this a 4.5, 4 is too low so it gets 5

Best pillow I've owned. I'm only giving it four star because, as some other reviews has noted, it does have a weird chemical scent, which could be the cooling side. I also purchased protective covers for the pillows. Time will tell if the smell goes away. Great value for the money.

Super nice pillows. Not too hard like so many others I have ordered. I always come back to Sealy. Sadly, not The Answer to my neck pain, but these days, a pillow helping with that is a ship that has sailed. At least it helps me get some sleep.
