Works well with the Quest 3 headset. It has a good range and can be held in place during movement games like Beat Saber. You can extend your playtime by using the power adapter that came from your Quest headset, but you won't get enough power to run your headset from your PC because the battery will slowly drain whilst running applications.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Perfect and works with Meta Quest 3 as long as it is connected to the Meta Quest's supplied power plug. The 90-degree angle and the strap to hold the cable to the headset is really helpful. It was worth spending on a much longer, more suitable cable. Cable thickness: The cable is thicker than normal as it includes extra shielding but it does not feel heavy. Length: A good length, longer would be less manageable. Connectivity: *Not attempted a data connection. Only tried charging with it.* Value for money: A well-constructed cable. Charging ability: Good charging compatibility when using Meta Quest 3's supplied charging plug.

good cable with useful adapter too

This cable is of excellent quality. I use it on my meta quest 3 and it works like a dream. Fast charging when the battery is really down and still good charge rate whilst using the headset playing games. It's lightweight so even though it's long at 16ft it doesn't pull your headset down on your face. I would fully recommend this to anyone who uses a vr headset. It also works on my Oculus Quest (the first one) even though it's not mentioned in the description. So I am more than pleased and you can't grumble about the price. It beats paying £89.99 on the meta store site.

After using this cable (rarely) for about a year it stopped working efficiently. I purchased it specifically to be used with my VR headset (which has also been relegated to the confines of the cupboard) and it just stopped working. One year of minimal use and it packed in. Miss me.

It is good and long and heavy

I’m using this Syntech Link Cable with my Meta Quest 3 and PC, and once set up correctly, it works perfectly. I’m consistently getting around 2.8 Gbps bandwidth in the Meta Link software, and I’ve been able to play Assetto Corsa and other driving games smoothly with no disconnects, stutters, or compression issues. Image quality is great and latency feels solid. Battery performance is also very good. After about 1 hour of gameplay, my Quest 3 only lost around 5–8% battery, which is honestly better than I expected. ⚠️ Important setup tip (this is NOT a cable issue): At first, the Meta software detected the cable as USB 2.0, even though my PC supports USB 3.x. This is NOT the cable’s fault. The issue was: - Using front USB ports on the PC - Combined with the long cable length Front USB ports are often connected through internal headers and can cause USB 3 cables to fall back to USB 2 speeds. Solution: Once I plugged the cable directly into a rear motherboard USB 3.0 / 3.2 port, the connection immediately switched to USB 3, and everything worked perfectly. Conclusion: - Cable quality is excellent - Stable USB 3 speeds when connected properly - Great for PCVR (Quest Link) - Very good battery retention while playing - Way better deal than meta official cable link
