MusicNomad FRINE Fret Polish, 30 mL (MN104)

This was very easy to use Fret cleaner. As mentioned by other reviews, just use masking tape on the finger board when using the fret cleaner. It really does work well, just a small amount on a cloth and then clean the frets. It makes the frets really shine again. How to prep. (I recommend using disposable gloves). I have included photos of the guitar fret board prep before and then after cleaning. Use masking tape in between the frets, leaving the metal frets exposed. Then place a small amount on to the fret and use a microfibre cloth to rub the frets clean. Work your way along fret board. Remove the masking tape and use lemon oil (if it’s dark wood only) to then clean the fret board.

As a guitar tech, I only use the best quality products, Music Nomad products are my go-to products... "Frine is an exceptional fret cleaner/polisher...even removes oxidisation on frets, in fact I also use it to clean all hardware: Machine heads, Bridge saddles etc. except gold plated. A small amount goes a long way. Cannot recommend this product highly enough.

Top job in cleaning up my Warwick’s dirty frets. Now gleaming like new again! Will need a re-fret soonish, but they’re looking shiny now at least!

I have been amazed by the Music Nomad Frine fret polish. So much so that I use it on every string change, as it not only removes oxidisation from the frets, but in removing the dirt and oxidisation makes the frets smooth, and very playable, plus they gleam! To me, this is an essential item in any guitarists kit.

Great easy stuff to polish frets with. I use masking tape to mask off the fretboard then proceed to apply a bit of this stuff to each fret, then scrub the frets with a microfibre cloth. End result is always excellent!

Excellent product. Makes life so much easier, especially when you own alot of guitars and like to keep them perfectly maintained. No need to spend hours on frets. This product gets it done in fraction of the time. Great item. Fast delivery. Okay price. Thank you.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Pleasantly surprised at how well this stuff works if you have a Dremel, or even if you want to do it all by hand with a cloth. Cleans up rather easily as well compared to other products I've used. Not much else to say. Shiny frets make me very happy to bend. Be aware though, that this isn't a miracle cure. You need to take all steps like sand, recrown, and sand/steel wool prior to final polishing before you whip this stuff out. Been eyeing up those fret polishing rubbers for too long? Pull the trigger mate.

I'm just amazed that within seconds it can really make those frets shine. The best fret polish I've ever had.
