Stress & Mood Balance Probiotic Ashwagandha Supplement, 120 Count

I would give these 10 stars if I could. I have had severe liver disease, am waiting for liver transplant and I have had Ulcerative Colitis for 31 years. I've tried sooo many different ones. I get C-diff repeatedly, sorry if you actually know what this is, and it gets so bad the prescribed meds barely work. I decided to try these and blast them. I've gotten rid of c-diff 3 times using just these. Also, they dont upset my stomach whereas ALL other brands do. I hope this helps somebody. I have a VERY sensitive system and I've seen the proof that these are legit

I really needed to add probiotics to my diet, and these work really well for me. There are a lot of probiotic capsules on the market, but these are the first that seem to have worked for me. Admittedly, every person has different body chemistry.

The only probiotic supplement that doesn’t upset my stomach.

This may be too much information, but bare with me. I’ve had IBS since I was a child, and then 5 years ago my gall bladder shut down so I had to have it removed. If you don’t have your gall bladder, then you know how fast food will move straight through you.. also, over the past year, I’ve developed a sensitivity to gluten and dairy. All in all, I have diarrhea almost every day, I’m always boated, and when I have to go #2, it’s painful and my stomach always cramps up really bad. And it’s random, I’ll feel fine one minute as I’m driving on the interstate in the middle of nowhere, and the next minute, it’s instantainios and I have to have a bathroom ASAP. I cannot hold it. So I stopped going out and started getting really bad anxiety every time I leave the house because I’m scared that I’ll have to use the bathroom when I don’t have access to one, and it’s embarrassing sometimes to do your business in a public restroom. I was about to go to the Gastro Doctor when I heard someone on YouTube rave about this, so I decided to give it a try! It has helped a lot. I’ve only been taking it for a little under two weeks, but as long as I’m eating good, Whole Foods and staying away from fried foods, dairy, and gluten, then this actually helps keep me waaaaaay more regular. And I don’t have diarrhea every day, anymore. Maybe 2-3 times a week, but that’s inevitable with my IBS. Also I don’t have as much bloating or stomach cramps!! I think this will work wonders for the average person! But it can only do so much for someone like me, who has so many digestive issues to begin with. I will definitely continue to purchase!

I don't know how many different brands of probiotics I've tried. I'm always I'm the search for the perfect probiotics for me as someone who is always having stomach problems. I first purchased these in the clearance bin at a retailer and I decided to give it a try. It was a brand I haven't yet heard of. After a week of using it I felt a difference. I felt better. Perhaps my stomach problems are a combination of stress and what not and I hadn't put 2 and 2 together. I immediately purchased more and will continue to do so.

Great product, but way too expensive!

I started these spores (yellow label) using Kiran Krishnan's and Dr. Jocker'ss general protocols including coming off carnivore diet slowly while introducing these and specific fibers and low lectin foods etc... SEEING RESULTS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. Not using them haphazardly, or just throwing them in on top of no real lifestyle change or study of the ways the gut and other organs get damaged.

I did not note in the description that the capsules contain ashwagandha, but I believe that it has helped me sleep without waking during the night. From what my Dr. said and what I found in an online search, it has few meds interactions.
