Review: Awesome attachment for a functional trainer - I got the functional trainer from Costco and wanted to be able to maximize the 160 pound weight stack. This attachment allows me to do that. Its thick and I have been using it now for 3 months with no issues. I did have to go to Lowes to get some quick links to make it a little longer and easier to attach and removed without fighting my cables. The quality feels nice and will last me a long time and helps with my workouts.

I like that it allows me to pull with my arms in a better position (to help my shoulders and elbows feel better). Also, I can attach a v-bar to it and utilize BOTH stacks of weights - I was maxing out a single stack - and yes, that is a weak flex :) If you have the same machine as me, I definitely recommend the 38" one. The 30" one was a little too short and made the cables rub on the wheel edge. Overall, I am very glad I bought it.

You could probably attach your entire home gym to this thing, lol. It’s long, lots of opportunities to attach stuff, it’s fairly heavy. Very solidly built, I trust it. I generally use it with my resistance bands for lat pull-downs. Some various other exercises. It will do the job. I do have a lot of experience in the gym, and gym equipment. I think it’s a great item.
