Good purchase
I bought this for Thanksgiving. When timing food for Thanksgiving, biscuits are the last cooked. By the time they are done food is cold. This time I cooked the biscuits first and put then in the basket with the cover. When everything was done and ready to sit down. They weren't hot, but Luke warm and not hard. Surprisingly it held 1 can 8ct biscuits and 1 can of croissants. Holds quite a bit. Overall pretty happy

I use it for Homemade Biscuits every weekend!
I know this is for Sour dough bread but I use it for my homemade biscuits. It keeps them Warm and covered. I make biscuits and gravy every Sunday for my family. They know exactly where any left overs are and it keeps the biscuits moist and warm! Maybe one day I will use it for Sourdough but probably not lol. My grandmother stored her biscuits in a basket with a cloth cover similar to this one and it reminds me of her! If you serve dinner rolls its also perfect for them!
