It works great! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very strong *by R***S on March 8, 2023* This thing is so much better than the mighty mule I mean I’ve only had it working for a couple weeks now, but it is so much stronger and quieter than the mighty mule. I have a 14 1/2 foot gate that I made myself out of 2 3/8 thin wall pipe no I don’t know the exact weight of the gate but I’m guessing 250 maybe 300 pounds and this thing swings it like it’s not even there I like the soft close feature. and the electric lock takes a lot of pressure off of the actuator on a windy day. I’ve had two of the mighty mules granted they were the smaller models.3500 I believe is what the model was but I burn two of them up in one year like I said I’ve only had this one going for a bout a month so it’s a little premature I will give a year end review but so far, I’m really liking it. It’s faster than the mighty mule as well. The only thing I don’t like is the cheap ass remote control the damn buttons. Get stuck it’s just cheaply made but other than that I love the gate opener I can’t say much about tech-support because I have not had to use them. It is pretty simple to install and I’ve had no problems with it.
