The controller is excellent if it works, mine came defective. i stored it new and opened it couple months later. it was defective. Amazon notified. No help because it went past 30 days. they tried to put me in contact with Hercules help...that was a joke. i even emailed them. no help. So if i buy somthing from a store, i should get a year warranty. seems with Amazon that goes out the window. All i want is a replacement unit.
