So far so good! I upgraded from a basic Shark vacuum that just wasn't cleaning well (it kept leaking particles down after I turned it off too). I've also used a friend's Dyson before and quite liked the laser that helps spot dust on the ground. This Dreame sits firmly between the Shark and Dyson in terms of price point and build quality! I'd say closer to the Dyson of course. I think it's actually a better value to get this unless Dyson drops their prices in a sale or you're getting a refurbished vacuum. The laser isn't as strong as the Dyson's, but it certainly still does the job especially when you turn off the room lights just to let the light shine brighter. Honestly, seeing the laser point out all the spots I missed is so satisfying. It make me want to clean more! Battery life is decent I'd say. Nothing much to write home about. Great for spot cleans, but it does drain pretty fast if you use the highest setting (like a % every 3-5 seconds iirc). There's a screen showing the battery level, which is a big plus. The vacuum is sturdy and easy to carry, though it does not stand. I live in a rental unit so I cannot screw it against the wall. I recommend getting a generic vacuum stand on Amazon too just to have the vacuum and its other attachments sit nicely in one spot.

Very impressed! I bought the R20 190W on the recommendation of ChatGPT (I asked what the best all around cordless vacuum is) with the intention of using it for small clean ups. Picks up piles of cat hair and litter box tracking my cordless vacuum misses. When on full power the battery does drain quickly, but the regular suction setting is adequate for 95% of normal vacuum chores. The blue light really illuminates dust and pet hair. I was totally shocked (and disgusted) at how filthy my floors were. They looked clean to the naked eye, but once the blue light hit em, I was ready to wretch. Seems to charge just about as fast as any other batter powered tool. No complaints. The only CON is the cannister is small and fills up fast, but on the other hand, it fills up fast because the vacuum is doing a good job. There may be better cordless vacuums out there in some respects, but for $235 delivered, I'm very happy with this one.

We did a decent amount of research on purchasing a small stick vac for quick cleanups around the house. Based on recommendations from third-party review websites and other publications, we decided to order this DREME R20 vacuum. We unpacked it and were pleasantly surprised to see so many different accessories, and tried each one out and they all worked without any problems. The only true problem we noticed is how short the battery lasts, we only got 15 minutes or less from a full battery. This could be easily remedied by including a second battery. Everything worked wonderfully the first time we used it but the second time I used it just a day or two later the motorized mini brush roller would not turn at all. I could roll it with my hand but it will not turn when the vacuum is on. The other two motorized roller brushes worked until tonight and now neither one of those will work either. The main suction unit still works fine. It’s just the actual attachments that do the actual vacuuming don’t work. I hope it’s just a manufacturers defect on this unit because we really like it otherwise but obviously if it doesn’t work, it’s of no use. Unfortunately, there is no link to contact someone for warranty information in the manual and the links here on Amazon lead to dead pages. I wished I could say that you should or should not consider this but I really can’t. When it was working properly, it did a very good job but as I said before, if it’s not working then it’s worthless. I will return to update this review if I hear back from the manufacturer or a complete an exchange.

I tried vacuuming my desktop with it and I can't imagine how much dust my desktop has. Because I often do house cleaning, I always thought I was doing pretty well, until I used Dreame's Blue LED vacuum cleaner and I noticed that no matter whether you clean every day or not, there will be a lot of dust in the house that is difficult to detect with the naked eye! This vacuum cleaner is not only useful for blue light, but its suction is very strong. I think it can also be used to clean carpets in an ideal state. It is difficult for ordinary vacuum cleaners to achieve such a strong suction. But with this one from Dreame, I'm not at all concerned that it won't clean my house or floors. It comes with a complete set of brushes, not only can I clean hard floors, I can also use it to clean my carpets, sofas, and even bedding. The whole design is very chic, the pole is made of carbon fiber, which looks very premium, and I believe this material also makes it more durable and lighter. Secondly, this is a very friendly product for pet families. Whether you have a cat or a dog at home, it can clean up perfectly. It does an excellent job of cleaning up the hair that is stuck to the sofa. If the cat or dog is not afraid of its sound, I think it can even be used to clean up the cat or dog's floating hair. For its noise, my family used Dyson V8 before. Compared with the two products, the noise is about the same.

Not the best suction for pet hair. Does fit in smaller spaces.

This is a great lightweight vacuum. Easy to use, holds a good charge, recognizes when it's on a carpet or on a bare floor.

Didn't know how to store the other parts. Made a peg board storage rack. Battery life is not great but this is intended for spot clean ups.

Love this vacuum. The light really helps you see the dirt on the floor. It’s easy to use. A real good value for it. Has two speeds for suction and really cleans good. I had a Dyson V7 and it picked up a lot but going over my floors with this dreame vacuum. It showed me places I’ve missed . My house feels so much clearer now.

This is a great vacuum. Had a tineco before and this has way more power, the 90° elbow is a bit wobbly but comes in handy when you need it and easy to store when you dont..the hard floor attachment works great for larger objects and the carpet attached has a slot you can open for big objects.. this vacuum has so much power is occasionally sucks to the carpet, i find if you open the slot at the front it relieves some of the suction and is easier to move. I did cut the brush part off the edge cleaner attachment because i found it annoying more then anything..overall i really like this vacuum and your getting high power for this price!

Especially great for hardwood floors and love the light that illuminates dust. Customer service is great. I got a product with a bad battery, and they were quick to resolve my issue. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is power to pick up pet hair. I have a lot of pets and the vacuum doesn't pull up coarse dog hair and long cat hair as well as I would like/like the Dyson it was replacing. This vacuum is probably better suited for a person without a menagerie of four leggers hahaha
