Goody's Extra Strength

Headaches suck, this product doesn't. Goodys gets rid of my headaches in minutes. Tastes terrible but worth it, nothing works as fast!

The goody’s work very well for all pain and it takes away the pain instantly and for a long time. The taste of it is nasty and they are easy to use. Shipping was fast and I plan to buy more from the seller.

I forgot about this product. My Mommy used this while I was a child. So, I used it as a young woman in my 20's. Somehow I lost track of it. I thought of it the other day and sought it out on Amazon. I had a headache and decided to get some. It came in quickly. I used it and within minutes, the headache was gone. So glad I found it again. I just put it on my tongue and drink water. It's easier for me that way. You can buy it flavored if you want. I prefer the original approach. It's a very good product. Thank you so much :)

This is the best stuff we've tried for headache relief. Works fast and works well. Tastes awful but who cares if it works? My only complaint is the packaging. They changed it. It used to be a folded paper that was sort of the shape of a tiny envelope. You just unfolded it, poured it on your tongue, wash it down with a full glass of water. The bitter taste doesn't linger so just go for it, lol. But recently they changed their little envelopes to sealed bags of the stuff, so now you have to pay attention to where it is inside the bag before you rip it open and accidentally have it flying all over. Also, it doesn't help that you're trying to do this quickly because of the taste, but now you're struggling to shake that bag to get the contents onto your tongue instead of just dumping it on your tongue quickly like you used to be able to, thus increasing your chances of inhaling the powder, which is NOT pleasant one bit, definitely would not recommend! So you can see why the old packaging is much preferred and I really wish they would bring it back... Or offer both versions so customers can choose. I would always choose the envelopes. But still I go thru the hassle of dealing with the annoying little bags because the stuff really does work that well. It's the same ingredients but somehow works better than Excedrin, and it's faster because your stomach/ intestines doesn't have to dissolve a whole pill, it's all ready to be absorbed as a powder. I have found Goodys so effective, in fact, that I only need one to take care of a headache, rather than taking 2 Excedrin, so it's cost effective as well. 10/10 highly recommend if you get headaches

Goody's is great for pain relief. Each "extra strength" packet has 260 mg of Acetaminophen (less than a regular strength Tylenol), 520 mg of aspirin, and 32.5 mg of caffeine (about a cup of tea). Studies show caffeine enhances the effect of pain relievers and aspirin is actually a better anti-inflammatory than acetaminophen. So the formulation works great. I don't know why the manufacturer calls this "extra strength" when the mixed fruit and cool orange versions both have more pain reliever and more caffeine. I take this version in the afternoon when I don't want the extra caffeine . This version is also good if your stomach is sensitive to any of the ingredients. It tastes like exactly what it is, powdered aspirin. Pretty bad. The best way to take it is shake the powder to one end of the packet, tear off the top, put the packet into your mouth and pour the powder on to the BACK of your tongue, then gulp down some water. You hardly taste it. Alternately, you can pour it into water or some other drink, but be advised the powder does not dissolve. Every time you take a sip you must stir it. If you do not you will finish the drink and all the powder will be in the bottom of the glass. Pouring it into water and drinking it tastes awful but it is, after all, medicine. This was the original formulation of Goody's and it still gets the job done. If you need more powerful pain relief go for the mixed fruit or cool orange. I have been ordering goody's from Amazon for years and never had a problem with expiration dates.

Tastes awful but really works

This product is strong at fighting migraines but weak compared to this gallon jug of product. Amazon threw my goody’s in the box with large items and crushed boxes and busted some of the packets. 5 stars for the product 1 star delivery.

Always works for me! Do not breathe in while the dry powder is on your tongue! 😂 You will cough for days …
