Pushed it to dispense mode, filled my cup and when I pushed it back to the closed position the coffee kept flowing and poured all over my floor before I could get a bowl under it to try to catch it. We did not abuse the spout in anyway just normal use. I would guess we got 10 pours out of it before the spout broke. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yum! Smooth Coffee *by L***6 on January 25, 2018* Love! Love! Love! I first tried a nitro cold brewed coffee at an espresso shop, I was amazed at how smooth it was. I then tried a bottled version, Lucky Jack, and loved it as well. They don't sell Lucky Jack where I live and frankly all the bottled or canned nitro brew coffees are expensive. I struggled with the decision to buy this because it seems like a lot to spend but I have to say I am so happy I did. The coffee is so smooth the process takes all bitterness out. In the end it will pay for itself since it is at least $5 a drink or bottle if purchased. Now I can have it in my home in my jammies if I want. Easy to use and takes the nitro pods that whipped cream dispensers use.
