This item was obviously NOT new and had been used before. My first lamination jammed, despite it being in a pouch and I had to take the laminator apart to find a wrinkled up sheet still in the machine that had been inside the laminator when it was sent out to me. Suffice to say it now works ok.

First sheet came out beautifully…. The rest of them… horribly, all crumpled, gets stuck in the laminator…. Worst purchase I’ve ever made in my life… doesn’t even deserve one star, shouldn’t be able to sell this and the 4 or 5 star reviews… are you sure it was this laminator you brought as I bought due to reviews and recommendations…regret this purchase so much… disgusting
