WASHING UP SPONGES

I couldn’t seem to buy the thicker sponges l’ve bought for years. The thin ones just rip apart. These are fantastic! Very absorbent, triple in size when put in water. Small box takes up limited space and one lasts for ages! Excellent value for money. A real find!

Magical! They arrive looking like pieces of coloured cardboard – put them in water and they miraculously swell and swell until they become sponges. Slightly smaller than the usual size, but quite big enough in use. They behave and feel just like ordinary sponges, but they are made from wood and are completely biodegradable. What more could you ask?

Excellent sponges, expand to a good size, great for the environment and the box will have lasted well over a year by the time they've been used for daily washing up. Take up little storage space too.

This isn’t the best - the holes are much bigger than other sponges I’ve had, and it is splitting within days of starting to use it. Next time I will go for a different brand.

When they came they looked really small and I thought I'd chosen badly, but as soon as I put them in water they quadrupled in size and are exactly right. I like them a lot and it's good to know they are environmentally friendly.

I could not believe how thin these were and how small the pack was. They instantly expand in water and have last a while. Really impressed with these sponges and highly recommend

Good for the money

They are good cellulose sponges, don't smell, easily to sanitize them but they rip way quicker than the other ones I had before. I typically take Composty brand and took this when Composty was out of stock. I just need to replace them twice more often, means the pack lasts less and they become way more expensive essentially. I thought they'd be all the same, the look same
