My personal favorite is blue razzberries because I like blue. Compared to other companies, ALPHA LION has pre-workout that tastes good and is not gritty when mixed with water. Other companies’ pre-workout has a gritty taste to their product, and they have a nasty aftertaste. When it comes to selecting a pre-workout, selecting the one with beneficial ingredients is especially important. The reason I chose this pre-workout and why it stood out to me is because of creatine. Creatine is a compound that comes from amino acids. It is naturally forming and helps your muscles hold more water. Very few pre-workout brands have this ingredient, so this makes ALPHA LION pre-workout stand out. The pre-workout has dyes or other unnatural coloring which some people may not like. There are great ingredients that increase muscle recovery which is great for after going to the gym. In conclusion, ALPHA LION pre-workout is a great one to pick and start using for the gym. Love this pre- workout! Dissolves super easily! Great taste and gives you a good pump during your workout. Not too much beta alanine, which from you is good. It takes about 15 minutes to kick in. Serving size isn't too big so you don't have to mix a lot of powder into the water. Overall, great pick!

I bought this twice cause I ran out of the first one I ordered. This pre-workout tastes like REAL fruit punch, no weird after taste. Very noticable increase in perfomance when lifting, and mixes perfectly. No stomach problems, no bathroom trips.

I’d say this pre-workout was okay, but it didn’t really deliver what I was hoping for. The flavor was fine and it mixed easily enough, but I didn’t feel the boost in energy or intensity that I normally look for before a workout. I still got through my session, it just didn’t give me that extra push or focus to make a noticeable difference. If you’re sensitive to stronger pre-workouts or prefer something more mild, this might work for you—but for me, it was underwhelming.

Great product. Dissolves easily in cold water. I use one scoop for early morning workouts. Drink 10-15 minutes before I want to get started. The focus, the energy, is all with zero crash. Just a nice easy return to normal. If I had any complaint, it is that the "fruit punch" flavor tastes more like watermelon candy. Not completely offensive, but not my favorite flavor.
