This tastes exactly like sugar especially in baking. The only problem is when you just taste a bit of it right from the bag it has a cooling effect on your tongue. Very high quality. Did not spike your sugar level like regular sugar ( my experience). When I bake again I will be getting more.

Es una opción saludable para hacer alguna receta a la cual no sabes la cantidad de endulzante que usar ya que la mayoria de otros endulzantes como stevia endulzan mucho mas y el dificil calcular la cantidad a usar. Con esta puedes usar la misma cantidad que diga una receta para azucar regular, peeeeero... no endulza igual por lo que se me hace costosa para lo que rinde. Pero si estas intentando cambiar habitos alimenticios y te gusta hornear uno que otro postre para el fin de semana es muy buena opcion
